About the Role
You'll provide direct patient care in the facility's Medical ICU, supporting high-acuity patients requiring intensive monitoring and intervention. This role involves bedside nursing, medication administration, hemodynamic monitoring, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team during overnight hours.
What We're Looking For
- Current RN license (NC)
- Current ACLS certification
- Critical care experience preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and occasional weekends/call as needed
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Team-oriented approach to patient care
