Mother Baby Unit – Night Shift
Position Overview
Join the Mother Baby Unit as an RN for a 13-week night shift assignment (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM). You'll provide comprehensive care to postpartum mothers and newborns in a dedicated unit with 34 private couplet rooms.
Clinical Scope
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license
- BLS and NRP certification
- Mother Baby nursing experience (required)
Preferred Qualifications
- Travel nursing experience
- STABLE certification
- Experience caring for patients on Magnesium Sulfate post-delivery
Shift & Scheduling
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week
- Weekends required
- Float responsibilities: L&D and NICU as helping hands
Team & Environment
Night shift staffing includes 1 charge RN, 11 RNs, and 1 PCT/secretary. You'll work with a collaborative team that values teaching and teamwork.
Dress Code
Navy blue and white scrubs
