About the Role
Join the emergency department at the facility as a night shift nurse. You'll provide direct patient care in a fast-paced environment, managing a diverse patient population with varying acuity levels. This role offers the opportunity to work autonomously during night hours while collaborating with an experienced interdisciplinary team.
What You'll Do
- Assess and patients upon arrival
- Provide evidence-based nursing care across the full spectrum of emergency presentations
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform procedures as appropriate to your license
- Communicate clearly with physicians, specialists, and care team members
- Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license (NC)
- BLS certification
- Emergency nursing experience preferred
