Emergency Department Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Contract Duration: 16 weeks

Location: Asheville, NC

Join a high-volume Emergency Department serving over 100,000 patients annually. You'll deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a fast-paced environment that spans trauma, stroke, behavioral health, and general emergency medicine. The department is staffed with support technicians and unit clerks, and you'll have access to advanced monitoring equipment and documentation systems.

Patient Care

Requirements

• 2+ years nursing experience; minimum 1 year in an ER setting
• Experience in Level II trauma centers or comprehensive stroke centers preferred
• Current or obtainable: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, ENPC
• CPI certification required by hire date
• Strong teamwork mentality with ability to give real-time feedback
• Flexible availability; every-other-weekend scheduling required

Schedule & Culture
