Emergency Department Nurse – Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Emergency Department nurse for an urgent opening. This is a 13-week contract position working 3 nights per week (7:00 PM–7:00 AM), totaling 36 hours weekly.
Role & Responsibilities
You'll split your time between the Emergency Department (60%) and critical access charge duties (40%), including backup support to the Med/Surg ED. You must be willing to accept stepdown patients and assist with medical/surgical cases as needed. Charge experience is highly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years current Emergency Department experience
- Experience working in a Critical Access Hospital setting
- Active New Hampshire RN license
- Current certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), TNCC
- Supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment
- Ability to start immediately (pending compliance verification)
Preferred Qualifications
- Charge nurse experience
- Previous travel nursing assignments

- Travel candidates only; permanent address must be 50+ miles from the facility
- Weekend availability: every other weekend
