Emergency Department – Night Shift
Position Overview
Join the emergency department for a 13-week night shift contract. You'll work 18:45–07:15 with a guaranteed 36 hours per week, providing direct patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment.
About the Role
The facility's emergency department treats a high volume of acute and emergent cases, from trauma and chest pain to sepsis and stroke. You'll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to deliver timely, compassionate care across all patient populations and acuity levels.
Requirements
- Current RN license (state specific)
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to work nights and adapt to rotating patient assignments
- Strong assessment and communication skills in a dynamic environment
