CT / Radiology Tech — Weekend Days | Easley, SC | 13-Week Contract

This radiology department is seeking an experienced CT/X-Ray Tech for a weekend day shift covering Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, 8:00 AM–8:30 PM (3x12-hour shifts). Start date: October 26, 2026.

The Role

You'll be one of two techs on shift, jointly covering X-ray and CT for both the ED and inpatient population. The position involves some patient transport to and from the ED. Off-site radiologists are available remotely during your shift and reachable via secure paging for consultation.

Clinical Scope

• Adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations
• CT studies including: head, chest, abdomen/pelvis (with and without contrast), soft tissue neck, sinuses, lumbar/thoracic/cervical spine, vascular chest (PE, CTA, aorta), brain perfusion, carotid, and cardiac studies
• Colorectal and enterography studies; contrast preparation and administration
• Musculoskeletal trauma imaging
• Peripheral IV starts; isolation precautions and radiation safety protocols

Requirements

• Active ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certifications
• Active South Carolina Radiology license
• BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field
• First-time travelers considered based on clinical experience
• Trauma Level I or II experience preferred

Scheduling & Logistics

• Shift: Saturday, Sunday, Monday | 8:00 AM–8:30 PM
• Float to X-ray as needed
• Float to other units/campuses may be required based on census; limited to documented competencies
• Scrub color: Hunter Green
• Flu vaccine required; no exemptions
• COVID-19 vaccine not required
