Registered Nurse – ICU
Position Overview
The facility's ICU is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 14-week contract assignment. You'll provide direct patient care in a high-acuity setting, managing critically ill patients requiring advanced nursing interventions.
Shift & Schedule
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 3 × 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
- Contract duration: 14 weeks
Required Experience & Credentials
- Minimum 18 months of ICU experience
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Current GA or compact state RN license
- BLS (AHA), ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required at start
Clinical Skills
- Ventilator management
- IV insertion and PICC line placement
- Advanced patient assessment and critical care protocols
Important Details
- You must be willing to float to other departments across the facility as clinical needs arise. Float assignments will be department-based and monitored.
- Candidate must not reside within 50 miles of the facility.
