Labor & Delivery Nurse — 13-Week Contract
Position Overview
The facility seeks an experienced Labor & Delivery nurse for a 13-week contract beginning October 19, 2026. You'll work a 7:00 AM–7:30 PM shift, with 36 hours scheduled and 24 hours guaranteed per week.
Clinical Scope
This is a multi-skill role requiring proficiency across several areas:
- **** (preferred)
- Couplet care for postpartum mothers and newborns
- OR circulation for obstetric cases
- Newborn admission and delivery support (preferred)
You may float between regional facilities as needed and are expected to support weekend, holiday, and call requirements per department guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 24 months of Labor & Delivery experience, with recent activity in the last 12 months
- Active Colorado nursing license (verified within 30 days)
- Current certifications from AHA, ARC, or ASHI:
- BLS
- ACLS
- NRP
- AWHONN/AFM
Additional Requirements
- Hospital-issued scrubs required
- Valid driver's license
- Travel experience highly preferred
- Available to start by October 26, 2026 (no RTO during the first week)
- Clear criminal background check and no license practice restrictions
