Travel RN – Pediatric Emergency Department | Denver, CO
Shift: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
The facility's Pediatric Emergency Department is a fast-paced, high-energy unit serving a diverse pediatric population. The team is known for strong patient satisfaction performance and efficient patient throughput. Travel RNs are welcomed as full members of a collaborative, tight-knit staff.
Typical Procedures:
- Port access, IV start, and venipuncture
- Nasal wash and point-of-care testing (glucometer)
- EKG and Foley placement
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of current Pediatric ED RN experience
- Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC (PALS accepted in lieu of ENPC)
- NIH stroke scale certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- CEN or CPEN certification
- Ultrasound-guided IV competency
