OB Nursing Manager
Position Overview
The facility seeks an experienced OB Nursing Manager to lead obstetric operations and nursing staff. You'll supervise patient care, collaborate with leadership on clinical efficiency and staff development, and drive quality improvement—while maintaining hands-on bedside responsibilities as needed.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care across the OB unit
- Work with the leadership team to optimize clinical operations and resource management
- Champion staff development and quality improvement initiatives
- Provide direct patient care when operationally needed
- Demonstrate strong people leadership and clinical judgment
Required Qualifications
- RN License, current in Colorado or a compact state
- Minimum 3 years of OB nursing experience
- Leadership experience within the last 2 years
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Colorado adult protective services (CAPS) check required
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Schedule & Contract Details
- Weekdays with call requirements
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- 13-week contract
