ICU RN – Night Shift

Position Overview

The facility's ICU is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract on the night shift. You'll provide direct patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment, working collaboratively with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other clinical staff to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Shift & Schedule

• Night shift: 3 × 12-hour shifts per week
• Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months of ICU experience
• Active Ohio state license or current compact state license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications (active and in hand)
• One professional reference from a manager, supervisor, or director required (from work within the past 12 months)
• Clear background check and drug screening
• Ability to complete orientation assessments, including ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety modules

What You'll Need to Know

• Pre-start onboarding includes required modules (6–15 hours; first 4 hours are paid)
• You'll complete ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation (2 attempts maximum to pass)
• COVID-19 and flu vaccines are required (medical/religious exemptions available)
• Background checks and FBI clearance must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
