Radiation Therapy Technologist

Position Overview

The facility's Radiation Oncology department is seeking a Radiation Therapy Technologist for an 8-week assignment. You will deliver treatment to oncology patients using radiation therapy equipment, positioning patients, maintaining records, and ensuring quality assurance protocols.

Schedule & Duration

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • 40 guaranteed hours per week
  • 13-week contract

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of recent radiation therapy experience
  • ARRT (RRT) certification
  • AHA BLS certification

Holiday Expectations

You must work 2 of the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day, plus 1 minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve).

About the Role

This is a straightforward clinical position focused on patient care and treatment delivery in a radiation oncology setting. You'll work as part of the oncology team in a day-shift environment with consistent hours and no floating between units.
