Radiologic Technologist – Cardiac Cath Lab & Special Procedures
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to join the Cardiac Cath Lab and Special Procedures team. You'll support diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures in a fast-paced clinical environment, working alongside interventional cardiologists and nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Scrub and assist during cardiac catheterizations and special procedures
- Operate X-ray equipment and manage imaging for all procedures
- Evaluate images for optimal density, contrast, detail, and diagnostic clarity
- Position and prepare patients; set up equipment according to procedure protocols
- Pan heart catheters and perform specialized radiography
- Maintain clean, organized procedural areas and restock materials between cases
- Complete examinations within prescribed timeframes
- Report unusual patient reactions or conditions to the nursing team
- Demonstrate flexibility to rotate shifts or departments as needed to support patient care
Required Qualifications
- Current New Hampshire ARRT license
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience
- Certificate or degree in radiologic technology
- Competency with balloon pump and Impella devices
- On-call availability required
Shift & Contract Details
- Schedule: Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Hours: 40 guaranteed hours per week
- Start Date: October 19, 2026
- Location: Nashua, NH
