Cath Lab Tech — Nashville, TN | 13-Week Contract
This is a high-volume, advanced cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology program in Nashville, TN. The facility offers a full range of cardiac modalities — an excellent fit for experienced Cath Lab and EP clinicians looking for complex, high-acuity casework.
Schedule
4 x 10-hour shifts | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Guaranteed 36 hours/week | Float limited to prep and recovery only
Clinical Scope
*Cath Lab:* Diagnostic cath, PCI, complex PCI, CTO, Rotoblator, laser atherectomy, Shockwave, IVUS, FFR, ECMO, TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman, Penumbra
*EP Lab:* EP studies, pacemaker implants, ICD, Micra pacemakers, loop recorders, ablations (excluding cryo), and laser lead extractions
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab and/or EP Lab experience
- Techs: RCIS, RCES, or RT(R) — plus ACLS and BLS
- RNs: Active RN license — plus ACLS and BLS
- Techs must be proficient scrubbing and monitoring cath and/or EP procedures
- RNs must be able to monitor and circulate in cath and/or EP settings
