Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a full-time role in its acute care nuclear medicine department. This is a 91-week contract with a guaranteed 40 hours per week.
Shift & Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
- 8-hour days
- No weekend or call requirements
Clinical Scope
You'll perform diagnostic nuclear medicine imaging and procedures in a fast-paced acute care environment. Your responsibilities will include patient preparation, radiopharmaceutical administration, imaging acquisition, and quality assurance of nuclear medicine studies.
Requirements
- Current ARRT(N) certification (Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist)
- BLS certification (AHA)
- Current California state license
- Must be available to submit licensure documentation prior to start
Contract Details
- Duration: 91 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
- Cancellation Policy: The facility may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment period (3 shifts for assignments shorter than 13 weeks)
