Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist to join a busy interventional cardiology and peripheral vascular program. You'll work in a 2-suite cath lab performing approximately 5 cases per day alongside a team of 3 technologists.
Schedule & Contract Details
- Shift: 8-hour days, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: October 19, 2026
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- On-Call: 1–2 weekends per month; 30-minute response time required
- Holiday Coverage: 1 holiday required during assignment
- Cancellation Policy: Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment
Required Qualifications
- BLS (AHA) and ACLS certification
- California Radiologic Technologist (RAD) license
- Fluoroscopy certification
- Los Angeles City Fire & Safety Card
- Valid California license
Clinical Scope
You'll assist with a full range of procedures including right and left heart catheterizations (RHC/LHC), percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI), electrophysiology (EP) studies, rotablator cases, and peripheral interventions. This is a fast-paced, technically skilled role in acute care.
