Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab
The facility's interventional cardiac cath lab is seeking experienced technologists to join a dynamic team performing a wide range of diagnostic and interventional procedures.
Position Details
- Shift: Day, 5×8 hours (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: October 26, 2026
- Call: Minimum 1 shift per week + every third weekend
- Schedule Flexibility: 4×10 hour shifts may be considered
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years interventional cardiac cath lab experience
- ARRT or RCIS certification (either accepted)
- ACLS and BLS current
- COVID-19 and flu vaccines required (medical exemptions only)
Clinical Scope
You'll assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures including angiography, angioplasty, cardiac stent placement, TAVR, pacemaker insertion, IABP and Impella placement, ASD closures, and vascular interventions. Responsibilities include hemodynamic monitoring, sterile field maintenance, equipment setup and inventory management, arrhythmia recognition, and access site preparation.
Support & Environment
You'll work alongside respiratory, pharmacy, social services, and rapid response teams in a collaborative procedural setting serving adolescent and adult patients.
Note: Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility. Former employees of Guthrie Healthcare System must have been separated for a minimum of one year to be eligible as a traveler. Approximately 4 hours of online modules required pre-start.
