Position Overview
The facility seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents across the continuum of care. You will work to improve swallowing, cognitive, and communication abilities while reducing aspiration risk. Your role includes leading the delivery of speech language pathology and audiology services in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop personalized treatment plans focusing on swallowing, cognitive, and communication skills
- Implement evidence-based communication strategies to enhance both expressive and receptive understanding
- Lead and guide SLP and audiology service delivery
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies
- Provide compassionate care to residents
Position Details
- Schedule: Days, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Hours: 40 hours per week (guaranteed)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: October 12, 2026
- Location: Ranger, TX
- On-call/Weekend: None
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of SLP clinical experience
- Valid Texas state license or compact privilege
- References not required at time of submission
