Contract: 13 weeks | Shift: Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Guaranteed Hours: 38/week | Start Date: October 26, 2026
This SNF-based Occupational Therapy position is ideal for a clinician experienced in post-acute and rehabilitative care. You'll work with patients requiring skilled therapy services in a facility-based environment, supporting functional recovery and independence across a diverse patient population.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of SNF experience
- Active California OT license
- Familiarity with rehabilitation documentation and therapy management software (rehab-focused platforms)
- Quick start availability preferred
