Travel RN – Emergency Department | Denver, CO

Shift: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM | Contract: 13 weeks | Hours Guaranteed: 36/week

This Emergency Department position places you in a fast-paced, adult and pediatric ED environment in Denver, Colorado. The unit manages a broad acuity range with a collaborative team of RNs, charge nurses, and EMTs across both day and night shifts.

Clinical Scope

• Port access, IV starts, venipuncture, and nasal wash
• Point-of-care testing (troponin, lactic acid, urine dip), EKG interpretation, and Foley placement
• Pediatric emergency cases are part of the patient population

Required Certifications & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of current hospital ED experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, and ENPC (PALS accepted in lieu of ENPC)
• CPI Blue Card

Preferred Skills

• CEN or CPEN certification
• Ultrasound-guided IV competency
• Pediatric Emergency Department experience
