Med Surg Tele

Med/Surg Telemetry Float RN — Night Shift | Winchester, MA

This 8-week travel contract places you in a float Med/Surg Telemetry role on the night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 12-hour shifts). The position is ideal for experienced travel nurses comfortable adapting across multiple units.

Assignment Details

• Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Contract Duration: 8 weeks (start date: January 4)
• Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)
• Float: Yes — flexibility across units is required

Scheduling Expectations

• No more than three days of requested time off (RTO) will be approved
• No holiday RTO will be approved

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in Med/Surg or Telemetry
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Active certifications: ACLS and BLS
• Strong telemetry monitoring and med/surg patient management skills

Clinical Scope

You'll provide care for a diverse medical-surgical and telemetry patient population, managing cardiac monitoring, post-procedural recovery, and general acute care needs across units as a float nurse.
