Med Tele Nurse – 13-Week Contract
Position Overview
This is a day shift role (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) with 48 guaranteed hours per week and a preferred start date of December 14, 2025.
About the Unit
Your Schedule & Floating
- Work 3 shifts per week
- Every 3rd weekend required
- May float to similar units (Ortho, Neuro, CCU, CDU, SSU, Obs, Rehab)
Clinical Scope
You'll manage basic medical-surgical procedures and support patients across multiple specialties. The facility operates a urology robotics program and has established centers of excellence in colorectal surgery, bariatric surgery, and orthopaedics, plus stroke and cardiac certifications.
Requirements
- Current RN license (unencumbered)
- ACLS, BLS, and Basic Dysphagia certifications
- Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
Unit Culture
The team emphasizes personal connections with patients, daily nurse leader rounds, and a collaborative environment. Royal blue scrubs are required.
