Telemetry Nurse – Night Shift

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced telemetry nurse for night shifts in Atlanta, GA. This is a 13-week contract role.

Shift & Schedule

• 3 × 12-hour night shifts per week (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• 36 hours per week
• Guaranteed hours

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of nursing experience
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Georgia or Compact state license
• Strong ventilator management experience
• Experience with trachs and chest tubes
• Telemetry interpretation skills
• Travel nursing experience preferred

What You'll Do

You'll provide direct patient care in a telemetry setting, monitoring cardiac rhythms and managing patients on ventilatory support. Your responsibilities will include caring for patients with tracheostomies and chest tubes, interpreting telemetry strips, and collaborating with the interprofessional team during night hours.
