Radiologic Technologist – CT

Position Overview

The facility's Diagnostic Radiology department is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a 13-week contract. You'll work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), every other weekend, as a first-to-float team member supporting imaging across OR, ER, inpatient, and outpatient settings.

Requirements

• Radiologic Technologist I or II with CT certification (ARRT)
• BLS (AHA)
• Minimum 2 years of experience (first-time travelers considered)
• CT experience is mandatory
• COVID vaccination required

The Role

This is a fast-paced environment where you'll need to be a self-starter ready to hit the ground running. You'll perform CT imaging and assist with C-arm procedures in the OR. A radiologist is in-house until 6 PM; after hours, radiologists are on-call. Night shifts operate with fewer resources, so strong clinical judgment and independence are essential.

Level II Trauma experience is preferred but not required.

What to Expect

• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• 1–2 shift orientation in the department
• Well-staffed team
• Scrubs: Teal (unless working in OR, where scrubs are provided)
• Call availability and holiday work as needed
• Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment
