Neonatal ICU Nurse
About the Role
The facility is seeking an experienced Neonatal ICU nurse for a 90-week contract assignment. You'll work nights (6:45 PM–7:15 AM) in a high-acuity NICU managing complex neonatal cases.
Clinical Scope
This unit specializes in critical care for neonates and occasional infants up to age one. You'll care for patients with:
- Hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) and therapeutic hypothermia
- Very low birth weight (VLBW) and extremely low birth weight (ELBW) infants
- Congenital diaphragmatic hernia
- Cardiac disease and defects
- Surgical neonates
- Bronchopulmonary dysplasia
- Arrhythmias and congenital birth defects
- Renal failure

Requirements
- License: Current RN license (Nursys verification required)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of Neonatal ICU experience
- Certifications: EPLS (or equivalent)
- Vaccines: MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Tdap, Varicella
- Health Screening: TB testing (2-step PPD or IGRA), fit test, drug screen
- Background check and employment verification required
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
