Cardiac Critical Care Nurse

Position Overview

The facility seeks an experienced Cardiac Critical Care Nurse for a 13-week contract in Atlanta, GA. You'll provide direct patient care in a cardiac critical care unit managing high-acuity cardiac patients requiring intensive monitoring and intervention.

Shift & Schedule

• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (AM shift)
• 3 × 12-hour shifts per week
• 36 hours/week
• Guaranteed hours

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years cardiac critical care experience
• Current NIHSS certification
• Current CRRT certification
• RN license (state of practice)

Clinical Scope

You will care for post-cardiac-surgery patients, acute coronary syndrome cases, heart failure exacerbations, and other high-acuity cardiac conditions. Responsibilities include hemodynamic monitoring, medication management, patient education, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary cardiac team.
