ICU Nurse – Night Shift

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced ICU nurse for a night shift role in a high-acuity critical care setting. You'll care for patients requiring intensive monitoring and intervention, including post-operative, septic, and hemodynamically unstable patients.

Shift & Contract

• Schedule: Night shift, 3 × 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
• Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed hours throughout contract period

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of strong ICU experience
• Current RN license (GA or compact)
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
• CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy) experience required
• NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification required

What You'll Do

Deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment. Monitor vital signs, manage complex medications and therapies, respond to acute changes, and collaborate with the interprofessional team. You'll apply critical thinking and clinical judgment in a setting where your expertise makes an immediate difference.
