Emergency Department Nurse – 13-Week Contract

Position Overview

Join the facility's fast-paced Emergency Department for a 13-week assignment. You'll care for a diverse patient population in a high-volume setting, including trauma cases, and work the night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).

Schedule

• NOC shifts: 3 × 12-hour shifts per week
• 36 hours weekly
• 90 guaranteed hours

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience
• Some trauma experience required
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
• NIHSS certification required
• Active RN license (Georgia or compact privilege)
• Travel experience preferred

What You'll Do

You'll perform acute assessment and nursing care in a busy emergency environment. Responsibilities include , patient monitoring, medication administration, wound care, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to manage acuity and patient flow.
