Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) – 13-Week Contract
Shift & Schedule
- 3:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3 × 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
- 13-week contract with guaranteed hours
Requirements
- Minimum 18 months of PACU experience
- Current Compact or Georgia RN license (in hand at start)
- One reference preferred (not required)
Position Overview
Join the PACU team to provide immediate post-operative care and monitoring for patients recovering from anesthesia. You'll assess vital signs, manage airway and pain, monitor for complications, and prepare patients for discharge or floor placement. This is fast-paced, high-touch nursing where your clinical judgment directly impacts patient safety and recovery.
