Pulmonary / Telemetry Travel Position
About the Role
Join the facility's pulmonary and telemetry unit for a 13-week contract. You'll provide direct patient care in a fast-paced environment, managing high-acuity pulmonary patients and monitoring telemetry cases. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent assessment skills, and the ability to respond quickly to changing patient conditions.
Schedule & Details
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (3 × 12-hour shifts per week; 36 hours/week)
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Yes
Qualifications
- License: GA or Compact License (current and in hand)
- Certifications: AHA BLS, NIHSS
- Experience Required: 18 months minimum in pulmonary care
- Clinical Skills: Demonstrated experience with:
- Tele interpretation
- Tracheostomy care and management
- Chest tube management
- Travel nursing assignments
