Pulmonary Telemetry Nurse – NOC
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Registered Nurse with strong pulmonary expertise for its telemetry unit. You'll work the night shift caring for patients on continuous cardiac monitoring with a focus on pulmonary conditions and post-procedural recovery.
Shift & Schedule
- Night shift: 3 × 12-hour shifts per week (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- 36 hours per week
- 13-week contract with guaranteed hours
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license (GA or compact state)
- Minimum 18 months of nursing experience
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Current NIHSS certification
Preferred Experience
- Telemetry interpretation
- Tracheostomy care and management
- Chest tube management
- Travel nursing background
What You'll Do
Monitor high-acuity telemetry patients, manage airway devices, respond to cardiac rhythm changes, and provide skilled pulmonary nursing care in a fast-paced nocturnal environment.
