Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced Telehealth professional to join the team on the night shift. You'll provide remote patient monitoring and care coordination for patients across multiple units, using current technology platforms to deliver high-quality clinical support.

Schedule & Contract

• Shift: 3 × 12-hour shifts, nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Hours: 36 hours per week (guaranteed)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: November 9, 2026

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of Telehealth experience
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

What You'll Do

Monitor patients remotely, respond to clinical alerts, coordinate with bedside teams, document care accurately, and ensure continuity of care across patient populations. You'll be a vital link between patients and the clinical team, using technology to enhance patient outcomes and safety.
