Neuro Telemetry Nurse – Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Neuro Telemetry Nurse for night shifts. You'll provide direct patient care in a fast-paced neuro unit, monitoring patients with acute neurological conditions and supporting the clinical team during critical care situations.
Shift Details
- Schedule: 3 × 12-hour night shifts per week (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: November 9, 2026
Requirements
- Minimum 18 months of experience in neuro nursing
- Active Georgia or compact nursing license (in hand before start)
- AHA BLS certification
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification required
What You'll Do
Monitor telemetry and vital signs for neuro patients, respond to changes in patient condition, communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, document care accurately, and support unit operations during night hours. You'll work independently and collaboratively, applying strong clinical assessment skills in a unit where your neuro expertise is essential.
