Critical Care Nurse – Telemetry
Position Overview
Join the telemetry unit for a 13-week contract working nights. You'll provide skilled nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and close observation in a fast-paced critical care environment.
Shift & Schedule
- 3 × 12-hour night shifts per week (36 hours/week)
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Guaranteed hours throughout the contract
Requirements
- Minimum 18 months of critical care experience
- Current Georgia or compact state RN license
- AHA BLS certification
- Strong ventilator management experience
- Experience with tracheostomies and chest tubes
- NIHSS certification preferred
- Tele interpretation skills preferred
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred
What You'll Do
Care for telemetry patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring, manage patients on mechanical ventilation, monitor and maintain tracheostomies and chest tubes, and provide comprehensive assessments and documentation.
