NICU Registered Nurse — Nights | Wichita, KS

This is a 13-week travel contract in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, caring for critically ill and premature neonates in a high-acuity setting.

Shift & Schedule

• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week

Clinical Scope

• Care for high-acuity neonates including premature and medically complex newborns
• Continuous monitoring and rapid response to changes in patient condition
• Family education and support throughout the care journey
• Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team across all aspects of neonatal care

Requirements

• Active RN license (Nursys verification required)
• NICU experience in a Level III setting strongly preferred
• Current skills checklist and two professional references required at submission
• Must be able to complete onboarding requirements including:
• Core competency and EKG assessments
• Drug screening and criminal background check
• Health immunization documentation (MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Tdap, Varicella, TB testing)
• Color vision test and fit test
