Night Shift Medical-Surgical Nurse
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Medical-Surgical Nurse for night shift work. This is a 13-week contract position in Atlanta, GA, with a start date of November 2, 2026.
Shift Details
- Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift (36 hours/week)
- Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Guaranteed hours throughout the contract period
What You'll Do
You'll deliver direct patient care on a medical-surgical unit, managing patient assessments, medication administration, wound care, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams. You'll work independently during night hours while maintaining communication with on-call providers and day-shift staff.
Requirements
- Current RN license (Georgia)
- Medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work night shift independently
- Strong communication and time-management skills
