Medical-Surgical Nurse

Position Details

The facility is seeking a Medical-Surgical Nurse for a 13-week contract assignment. You'll work three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours total) on the AM schedule, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

About the Role

You'll provide direct patient care on a busy med-surg unit, managing a diverse patient population with varying acuity levels. Responsibilities include medication administration, wound care, patient assessment, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team. You'll support patients through recovery and discharge planning.

Requirements

• Current RN license (Georgia)
• BLS certification
• Medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with potential weekend/holiday rotations
