Labor & Delivery Nurse
Position Overview
The facility's Labor & Delivery unit handles 350+ births monthly and is seeking an experienced nurse for a 13-week contract. You'll work the day shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) on a schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Circulate C-sections and support vaginal deliveries
- Perform IV insertions
- Float to Antepartum as needed to support census and patient flow
- Work in a high-volume, fast-paced obstetric environment
Requirements
- Current RN license
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- Completion of at least 2 prior travel assignments
- Ability to float between units as scheduled
