Endoscopy Nursing Position
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced endoscopy nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Atlanta, GA. You'll work in a busy endoscopy unit performing procedures including upper endoscopies, colonoscopies, and therapeutic interventions.
Schedule & Contract
- Shift: 4 × 10-hour day shifts per week (40 hours/week)
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: November 2, 2026
- Guaranteed Hours: Yes
Role Responsibilities
- Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures
- Monitor patient vital signs and provide procedural support
- Prepare and maintain endoscopy equipment and supplies
- Document procedures and patient care accurately
- Educate patients pre- and post-procedure
Requirements
- Current RN license (Georgia)
- Endoscopy nursing experience required
- BLS certification
- Ability to work a day shift schedule
- Strong attention to detail and patient advocacy skills
