Certified Surgical Technologist – Operating Room
Position Overview
The facility's surgical services department is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist for the main operating room. You'll work in a fast-paced environment supporting diverse surgical specialties with a collaborative team of RNs, CSTs, CST/FAs, and orderlies.
Shift & Schedule
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Thursday (4 x 10-hour days)
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: October 12, 2026
- Weekends & Call: Rotating weekends and on-call duties required
Clinical Scope
You'll scrub for a wide range of surgical specialties, including orthopedics, general surgery, ENT, GYN, plastics, neurosurgery, robotics, podiatry, and dental procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years hospital experience
- Current BLS certification
- New Hampshire Medical Technologist license
- CST certification required
- General knowledge to scrub most surgical specialties
- Preferred experience in orthopedics, trauma, and neurosurgery
