Night Shift House Supervisor – RN
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced RN House Supervisor for night shift oversight. You'll coordinate nursing activities across multiple units, ensure quality patient care and safety, and provide leadership during evening and overnight hours.
Shift & Schedule
- 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- 36 hours guaranteed per week
- 13-week contract
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate nursing staff and patient care during night shift
- Occasionally cover meal period breaks for Medical/Surgical, Emergency, and ICU departments
- Maintain quality assurance and patient safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Active California RN license
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- NRP preferred
- Proof of negative TB screening within 12 months of contract start
