Operating Room Surgical Tech
Position Overview
The facility's operating room is seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist for an 8-week contract. You'll work 4 x 10-hour days (06:45 AM – 05:15 PM) in a dynamic multi-specialty surgical environment.
Required Experience
- Must have neuro/spine experience
- Strong background in orthopedics, total joint replacements, and general surgery
- Experience with robotic-assisted surgery and basic endovascular procedures
- Urology experience preferred
Typical Procedures
You'll assist with a diverse case load including orthopedic procedures, robotic cases, gynecology, urology, vascular and endovascular interventions, and basic cranial/neuro cases.
Requirements
- ACLS certification for Surgical Technologists
- Scrubs provided by the facility
- No floating to other units
Schedule & Call
- Full-time days with assigned weekday stay-late call coverage
- Occasional Friday and Saturday overnight shifts
- PRN holiday coverage
