NICU Nurse – 12-Hour Day Shifts
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced NICU nurse to join its Level 3/4 neonatal intensive care unit. You'll provide direct bedside care to critically ill and premature newborns in a fast-paced, clinically rich environment.
Shift & Schedule
- 12-hour days: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- 3 days per week (36 hours/week)
- Every third weekend off
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- 2+ years of NICU experience (Level 3 or 4)
- BLS and NRP certifications required
- Proficiency with EHR systems
What to Expect
You'll manage high-acuity patients, support post-operative care, assist with procedures, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. This role offers the clinical depth and consistency of a regular schedule without the commitment of permanent staffing.
