Registered Nurse – Ambulatory Cardiology
Position Overview
The facility seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to support a busy outpatient cardiology practice. You will deliver direct patient care, manage clinical workflows, and provide education in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and vital sign monitoring
- Perform telephone and respond to patient inquiries
- Coordinate care between patients, providers, and ancillary services
- Provide patient education on cardiac health and disease management
- Support providers during patient visits and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts RN license
- 1–2 years of acute care nursing experience
- Minimum 1 year of ambulatory or outpatient nursing experience
- Telephone experience
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and care coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Cardiology nursing experience
- Knowledge of telemetry and cardiac monitoring
- Familiarity with ambulatory electronic health records
Schedule & Contract Details
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- 40 hours per week
- 13-week contract with guaranteed hours
- Start date: October 5, 2026
