Radiologic Technologist – Multimodality

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to operate CT equipment and perform multimodality imaging procedures including general radiography and fluoroscopy. You'll produce diagnostic cross-sectional images and reformatted studies for radiologist interpretation while maintaining accurate records and ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Shift & Schedule

• Evening shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, 5 days per week (36 guaranteed hours)
• Primary start time 1:30 PM; times may vary based on departmental needs
• 13-week contract
• Start date: September 25, 2026

Required Qualifications

• Current CA Radiologic Technologist (RT) license
• ARRT certification: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) or R.T. (R)(ARRT)
• Current BLS certification
• Fluoroscopy license (CA requirement)
• Venipuncture certification (CA requirement for contrast administration)
• At least 2 years recent CT experience
• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment; produce sagittal and coronal reformatted images
• Perform general radiography and fluoroscopy procedures
• Use PACS and teleradiology systems for image transfer and reporting
• Assess and plan patient care across all age groups
• Maintain equipment through routine maintenance and calibration
• Manage supply inventory and billing records
• Support additional imaging duties as needed

What We're Looking For

Strong multimodality candidate with required CT expertise. Experience or willingness to support X-ray and OR imaging preferred. Proficiency in at least two of the three modalities (CT, X-ray, OR) ideal.
