Emergency Department Nurse
Position Overview
The facility's Emergency Department is seeking a registered nurse for a night shift assignment. You'll work in a fast-paced environment providing direct patient care to a diverse population presenting with acute and emergent conditions.
Shift & Contract Details
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Schedule: Night shift, 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: October 19, 2026
- Available Positions: 1
What You'll Do
You will assess and patients, administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver timely emergency care. You'll manage a varied patient load and respond to high-acuity situations in a supportive clinical environment.
Requirements
- Current RN license (NC)
- BLS certification required
- Experience in emergency nursing preferred
- Ability to work independently during night shifts and adapt to a dynamic, high-volume setting
