Respiratory Therapist – Manchester, NH
Position Overview
The facility is seeking two Respiratory Therapists to join a hospital-wide team serving adult and neonatal patients across multiple units including ICU, ER, medical-surgical, and NICU.
Shift & Schedule
- Days: 4 x 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
- Contract Duration: 8 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 48 per week
- Start Date: September 21, 2026
Clinical Scope
You will manage ventilator care, including operation and troubleshooting of contemporary ventilation systems, as well as perform CPAP/BIPAP therapy, nebulizer treatments, and chest physical therapy. You'll work with both critically ill adult patients and neonatal populations in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
Required Qualifications
- CRT or RRT credential (NBRC)
- New Hampshire Respiratory License
- ACLS certification
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- Ability to multitask in dynamic settings
- Strong professional communication and patient interaction skills
What We're Looking For
Candidates with mechanical aptitude and advanced respiratory skills are preferred. You must be comfortable floating across multiple units and adapting to varying patient acuity levels. Unit secretaries and support staff are available to assist with workflow.
