About the Role
Join the telemetry unit at the facility, where you'll provide direct patient care in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll monitor cardiac patients, manage telemetry systems, and collaborate with an interprofessional team committed to clinical excellence and patient safety.
What You'll Do
- Deliver bedside nursing care to patients on continuous cardiac monitoring
- Assess vital signs, patient status, and cardiac rhythms
- Communicate with physicians and care team members regarding patient changes
- Document care in the hospital information system
- Support a culture of safety and evidence-based practice

Requirements
- Current RN license (NC)
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification preferred
- Telemetry monitoring experience a plus
