Day Shift | 13-Week Contract | 36 Guaranteed Hours/Week
Shift Details
- 12-hour days: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
- Weekends required; no on-call shifts
- Float as helping hands to Labor & Delivery and NICU
Clinical Scope
- Couplet care for postpartum mothers and newborns
- Management of patients receiving Magnesium Sulfate post-delivery
- Circumcision assistance
- Phototherapy (bilirubin blankets/lights)
- Infusion management
Required Qualifications
- Prior Mother-Baby experience (required — candidates without this experience will not be considered)
- BLS and NRP certifications (required)
Preferred Qualifications
- Travel nursing experience
- Experience caring for Magnesium Sulfate patients post-delivery
- STABLE certification
